Abstract

Objective: We present a case of a 53-year-old man with angina-like chest pain related to ischemic ECG and hypokinetic of the inferior wall on echocardiography due to an anomalous origin of the right coronary artery (RCA) arising from the left coronary sinus of Valsalva and severe stenosis of the first branch of the circumflex coronary artery (RCX).
