Abstract

Migration from peripheral tissues to lymph nodes is a key feature of dendritic cells (DCs), but little is known about the migration patterns of human DCs. By analyzing multiple lymphoid organs and tissues from the same donors, Granot etal. propose that the two main subsets of human DCs display different migratory capacity.
