Abstract

This publication focuses on an analysis of similarities and differences between criminal liability for abuse of a close relative or partner in the light of the Criminal Codes of 1932 and 1969. Deliberations on this subject are important for understanding the essence and scope of the current penalization of the crime of abusing of a close relative or partner. They show the evolution of the scope of criminal liability in this area and constitute the basis for interpreting the attributes of the crime of abuse in the current legal situation.
