Abstract

Optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) has been observed via electroluminescence for the first time. AC electroluminescence was excited by both forward and reverse bias and a quenching signal was observed at resonance. The results are compared with photoluminescence ODMR and PDMR (photovoltaic detected magnetic resonance) signals taken under the same conditions.
