Abstract
Ocular surface in children present specificities especially for paediatric diseases. Anterior segment dysgenesia and congenital panocular diseases affect ocular surface. The ocular surface may present congenital opacities as in congenital glaucoma or Peters anomaly. In other diseases as aniridia, limbal insufficiency is evolutive with age creating Aniridia Associative Keratopathy (AAK). The interest of deep phenotyping with molecular genetics opens a wide range of better understanding of congenital ocular diseases. Mechanisms and physiopathology of induced inflammation will be developed.
