Abstract

Retinal migraine is defined by ICHD 3rd edition as fully reversible monocular visual phenomena, accompanied, or followed within 60 min by headache. We report two patients with persistent visual phenomena that complicated with either severe disabling visual loss or permanent visual field defect. We emphasize the importance of retinal migraine acute and preventive management.
