Abstract
We present the results of a detailed ocular examination in a 9-year-old girl with geleophysic dysplasia, a rare genetic disorder characterized by severe short stature, connective tissue anomalies, characteristic facies, and lysosomal inclusions. Her eyes had increased intraocular pressure (IOP), short axial length, thick and steep central corneas, thick crystalline lenses, and shallow anterior chambers.
