Abstract

Vagal activation attenuates atrioventricular nodal conduction properties 1,2 and may be used in patients for termination of paroxysmal reentrant supraventricular tachycardias. 3–6 We describe a patient with paroxysmal tachycardia. His method for tachycardia interruption was compression of the eyeball creating corneal deformation.
