Abstract
Marivagia stellata, a cepheid jellyfish was previously recorded off Kerala, India in the south-east of the Arabian Sea. Now, the species has been found off the mouth of the River Indus, Pakistan for the first time. This new record greatly extends the range of its distribution to the north-east of the Arabian Sea along the coast of Pakistan.
