Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of a single «dust lung disease» and a personalized approach to the diagnosis and determination of occupational risk and prediction of occupational respiratory diseases in industrial workers with a considerable length of employment under the influence of industrial fibrogenic aerosols with exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations, which allows improving the quality of early personalized (individualized) diagnostics, optimizing prevention strategies for this pathology, and predicting the course of the disease.
