Abstract

In the field of consonant phonemes, the occlucives of the Albanian language are of particular interest to the study, as these sounds are classified into occlucives, affricates and nasals, and as such have two different ways of articulation. In this paper we have tried to perform detailed acoustic analysis of the occlusal sounds of the Albanian language by observing the moment of explosion, intensity of the explosion, as well as the spectrum of sound blast (acoustic aspect), which is the essential object of this research. The realization of this paper will be done through descriptive and experimental methods, which will enable us to observe and fully present the acoustic characteristics of these sounds. The results that we will bring with this paper are believed to be valuable and in the interest of phonetics as a whole, illustrated by facts and concrete examples.
