Abstract

Limb revascularization is a challenging situation when groin graft gets infected. A young male patient aged 28 years who had road traffic accident with lacerated left external iliac artery was treated with ilio-femoral graft. Three months after he presented with infected, occluded illio- femoral graft with critical limb ischemia. He was successfully managed with antibiotics, illio-popliteal graft passed through obturator foramen. Infected graft was excised.Obturator bypass should be considered in case of infected groin graft.
