Abstract
AbstractThe possibility to obtain acrylic latices by emulsion copolymerization of ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid has been studied. It has been found that the rate of dosing of the monomer composition affects the qualities of the latex. The optimal rate of dosing at which the latices and films thereof possess the best characteristics has been determined.
