Abstract

In this study, the effects of fractional derivative and integral on the geometric properties of linearly polarized light waves are investigated. For this, first of all, fractional alternative moving frame is created by utilizing the properties of fractional analysis, and linear polarized light waves along a fiber optic on this frame are tried to be characterized with the help of fractional derivative and integral. On the other hand, it is accepted by many researchers that fractional analysis gives more numerical results, especially in solving problems in physics and engineering. Therefore, the most important aim of this study is to provide a more numerical approach to the aforementioned light waves with the help of fractional analysis.
