Abstract

Ureteral obstruction is a rare complication of endoscopic therapy for vesicoureteral reflux, reported in less than 1% of patients treated with polytetrafluoroethylene paste and in no case to date following dextranomer/hyaluronic acid copolymer injection. We report a case of persistent obstruction of an apparently dysmorphic ureter after dextranomer/hyaluronic acid injection.
