Abstract
Objective To investigate the methods of observe and nursing cage of Delayed Rupture of the Spleen.Methods The data of observe and nursing care of traumatic spleen rupture in our hospital from January 1997 to December 2007 was retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 31 cages,27 received nonoperative treatment.And 27 by operation after the failure of nonoperative managemen due to the occurrence of delayed hemorrhage during the period of nonoperalive management after 2～4 days.4 received emergency operation.31 were cured.Conclusions It call increase the early diagnosis and rescue mission succeess rate when indication of consciousness,life physical sign,abdomenal physical sign,the methods of examine and diagnosis was constantly observed and the nursing care before operation and after operation was reinforced.
