Abstract

Two 1.5 m reflectors have been used in coincidence, observing the Crab Nebula for pulsed γ-rays of about 5·1012 eV. About 600 000 showers were observed in 1972 and 1973. The overall results show no significant effect, but some runs showed anomalies, which could be consistent with a real but variable emission.
