Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nurse graded training under the mode of post graded training in hospital. Methods A total of 120 nursing staffs were selected as the research objects. The hospital management training from January to October 2016 was taken as the pre-training group.The management training from January to October 2017 was taken as the post-training group.Nurses of different post grades were trained by post classification training mode in the hospital.The core competence of nurses, nursing quality score and the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing service before and after training were compared and analyzed. Results The scores and total scores of clinical nursing, interpersonal relationship, professional development, leadership, education consultation, ethics or legal practice, critical thinking or scientific research dimensions of nurses after training were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of routine nursing quality, nursing records quality, emergency care quality, ward management quality, core system quality and nursing quality of critical patients after training were significantly improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the training, the satisfaction rate of the patients to the nurse's service was 90.7% after training, which was significantly higher than the 80.0% before the training, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The post grading training mode in the hospital is conducive to improving the level of nurses' core competence, nursing quality score and patients' satisfaction rate of nurses' service.
