Observation on the application effect of perioperative nursing in cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing intervention embolization of cerebral aneurysms. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization in the hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 50 cases of each group.Nursing interventions were performed on all subjects.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures.On the basis of the control group, the patients in the experimental group were given perioperative nursing intervention.The score of clinical symptoms disappeared time, hospitalization time, nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed.The mental state Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA), Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score, blood pressure(systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure), respiration frequency and heart rate changes were observed.The complications were compared. Results The score of clinical symptom disappear time, hospitalization time, nursing satisfaction in the experimental group and the nursing satisfaction in the hospital were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the HAMA score and HAMD score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, respiratory rate and heart rate of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Perioperative nursing throughout the cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization. It can reduce the stress response of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the recovery of patients, which has the significance of promotion.
