Abstract
目的 了解塑膜棚内作业环境对种植人员肺功能的影响.方法 对19个塑膜棚基地的棚内空气和有害物质浓度进行测定.以174名塑膜棚内作业人员作塑棚组,以150名办公室工作人员为对照组,进行肺功能测定并比较.结果 塑膜棚内主要存在高湿、不通风环境、低浓度的SO2和CO2等危害.塑膜棚组(男性、女性)最大呼气中段流速(MMEF%)分别为(80.90±25.15)%和(78.37±25.32)%,50%肺活量时呼气流量(MEF50%)分别为(73.61±24.48)%和(70.43±23.15)%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).男性第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1.0/FVC%)为(83.52±10.07)%、最大呼气流量(PEF%)为(70.00±22.54)%、75%肺活量时呼气流量(MEF75%)为(70.48±24.78)%,女性肺活量(VC%)为(100.71±15.50)%、FEV1.0/FVC%为(83.21±9.51)%、25%肺活量时呼气流量(MEF25%)为(71.39±20.50)%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).塑膜棚组男性吸烟人群的PEF%、MEF75%、FEV1.0/FVC%、MMEF%、MEF50%均低于对照男性吸烟人群组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).男性塑膜棚内作业人员中,吸烟组VC%、FVC%、FEV1.0%、FEV1.0/FVC%、MMEF%、PEF%、MEF75%、MEF50%、MEF25%与不吸烟组比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05).塑膜棚内作业人员男、女肺功能异常率分别为23.96%、20.75%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 塑膜棚对作业人员肺功能有一定影响。
