Abstract
目的 探讨生理盐水洗眼降低新生儿感染性结膜炎的发生率.方法 将431例新生儿分成3组进行预防对照实验,第1组为实验组用生理盐水洗眼,第2,3组为对照组分别用红霉素眼膏和利福平眼药水点眼.结果 生理盐水洗眼组发病率12.67%,利福平眼药水点眼组发病率18.52%,红霉素眼膏点眼组发病率34.78%.实验组与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 生理盐水洗眼在新生儿感染性结膜炎的预防中具有显著优越性。
