Abstract

We have studied the differential resistance in a gated superconductor-normal-metal junction The zero-bias resistance shows a minimum as a function of the gate voltage, while the junction normal resistance measured at a high bias voltage shows a monotonic increase. The results show good agreement with the reflectionless tunneling theory in the ballistic motion regime.
