Abstract

In this article, created synchronization of Kuramoto oscillators based on Watts-Strogatz small-world network structure was investigated. First, the effects of network parameters (the average connectivity degree and possibility of setting up a connection) and the number of oscillators on synchronization were examined in a weakly connected system. Then, the synchronization of these oscillators was investigated in a strongly connected system. With increase of the weak link strength and network parameters, the system showed an increase in synchronization, but since a strongly correlated system connection strength increased, synchronization performance decreased. Also in this study, by increasing number of oscillators in the system, critical threshold strength that was the beginning of synchronization was clearly observed.
