Abstract

Hydrostatic pressure measurements of Hall coefficient and resistivity in n-GaSb(Te) have been carried out over the temperature range 1.4 K–300 K. The results give direct evidence for impurity conduction related to the Te donor states associated with the L conduction band minima.
