Abstract
Abstract By immersing polycrystalline NaNO2 specimen in silicon oil we recovered the 14N NQR spectrum which was otherwise impossible to detect due to piezoelectric resonance of the crystallites. This fact can be used to detect strain effects on NQR of the polycrystalline samples.
