Abstract
1993年6月～1999年2月,共施行原位肝移植术23例,其中1例合并巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染,并因此而导致肝移植失败.结合文献及根据临床经验,体会到密切观察病情变化,尽早发现CMV感染的征象,定期检测血、尿、胆汁、引流液,及时诊断和治疗;同时合理用药,加强营养代谢支持疗法,严格执行无菌操作是防治CMV感染的关键.
