Abstract
脑卒中患者并发严重压疮的治疗,一般采用常规的换药疗法,但由于脑卒中患者并发严重偏瘫,压疮局部营养条件很差,组织再生缓慢,且伤口引流困难,因此常规换药往往不能获得满意疗效.我院2008年5-8月应用人工皮持续负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗2例脑卒中并发特大压疮患者,效果满意,现报道如下。
