Abstract

Recent progress in computer hardware technology and computational mechanics enables us to perform large scale finite element (FE) analyses which can simulate physical phenomena more precisely. Because of slow technology propagation from a research stage to a development stage of FE analysis programs, however, many researchers and engineers can not enjoy benefits of large scale FE analyses. For advanced users in the computational mechanics field who want to implement their own analysis schemes or to modify existing analysis programs for their aim, it is a serious problem.
