Abstract
面神经麻痹是临床常见病，其年发病率为（20～25）人/10万人，平均每60人中就有1人曾患贝尔面神经麻痹，严重影响患者的面部美观和社交。目前，对于大部分导致面神经麻痹的疾病治疗手段有限，缺乏准确的评价系统是制约面神经麻痹诊疗和研究的主要因素之一。“面肌运动的评价明显落后于其他领域，与听力学相比，面肌运动的测量还处在敲音叉和吹口哨的年代。
