Abstract
President Barrack Obama was sworn in as the 44th president of the United State of America after a landslide victory in the 2008 presidential election. He is also the first Black president that country will ever produce. His administration is just few months old and as such at this stage much could not have been said of him. However, his recent Middle East tour together with the consistent policy of past regimes towards the Arabs is enough to predict what Obama will have for the Middle East and the Muslim world in general.
