Abstract

Background and Object: To decide operative procedure of primary breast cancer (PBC) in the patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) or primary endocrine therapy(PET), images to monitor the response of breast cancerto their treatment are hoped. However, it is unclear if magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasonography (US) are useful for evaluation of minor residual invasive cancers after treatment. Therefore we retrospectively compared the histological change with the change of image findings before and after the therapy to know image findings of suggesting therapeutic effect.
