Abstract

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a debilitating neuropsychiatric disorder, characterized by obsessions and compulsions. The pathophysiology of OCD is still incompletely understood although cortico-striatal-thalamo-cortical circuit dysfunction has been implicated. Graph-based network analyses are increasingly employed to study the pathophysiology of brain disorders, but few studies have used this methodology in OCD.
