Abstract

Dorsal root ganglion stimulation has become a key tool in neuromodulation for chronic pain in the past years. Stimulation designs for DRG-S are not as well understood and as sophisticated as in traditional spinal cord stimulation. It is assumed, that specific neural components can be preferably influenced at specific frequencies. We have investigated mid to high frequencies recently. In this study we double-blinded, prospectively investigated treatment response to patterns including low stimulation frequencies.
