Abstract

The growth of cities and urban restructuring have been the focus of planning discussions, in which tactical urbanism presents itself as an alternative for people's actions in the public space and has contributed to these actions stimulate human relations and care for City. Faced with a political scenario intensified by industrialization, the right to the city ends up being suppressed, causing the urban scenario to face the actions of the citizens, in order to solve the local problems, on a small scale, through actions and interventions that take place. based on a constant experiment on the site. Thus, the aim of this paper is to bring the concept of tactical urbanism to the discussion of regional and urban planning, and how it can be conceived as a new right to the city, capable of offering popular participation and solutions for its development.
