Abstract

This present work aims to contemplate the activities carried out by the Social Service intern in the field of socio-legal internship, in one of the Courts Specialized in Combating Domestic and Family Violence Against Women, particularizing the role of Social Service and the Court. Social Services proposes to act in the expressions of the social issue, analyzing gender violence based on the processes that emerged with the capitalist system and the struggle of different generations of women who face this form of violence.
