Abstract
In the historical context of the creation and implementation of career plans for the Brazilian teachers, the remuneration policy was more present in the educational legislations, with emphasis to the Nacional Professional Wage Floor (PSPN) Legislation. In this way, this text was aimed at analyzing the composition of the remuneration of municipal public education teachers of Castanhal, state of Para, Brazil, in force with the second career plan in the municipality, Municipal Law n. 026 of May 10, 2012 (PCCR/2012). For the reach of the objective, the methodology used was bibliographical research and document analysis. It was observed that the PSPN is important for the teachers appreciation, as it influences the definition of the annual and national value of the basic wage present in the composition of teachers remuneration. Thus, the teachers from Castanhal-PA had in their remuneration, between 2012 and 2016, the fulfillment of the PSPN.

A Tabela 4 mostra a composição da remuneração com as gratificações comuns a todos os professores com formação superior e jornada de trabalho de 40 horas semanais, como por exemplo: titulação em nível superior (80%), tempo de serviço (5% a cada 5 anos) e exercício do magistério (20% pela regência de classe)

No contexto histórico de elaboração e implementação dos planos de carreira do magistério brasileiro, a política de remuneração fez-se mais presente nas legislações educacionais, com destaque para a Lei do Piso. Este texto teve como intuito analisar a composição da remuneração dos professores da rede pública municipal de ensino de Castanhal/PA vigente com o segundo plano de carreira no município, Lei Municipal n. Para o alcance do objetivo utilizou-se como metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica e a análise documental. Observou-se que o PSPN é importante para a valorização do magistério, pois influencia na definição do valor anual e nacional do vencimento base presente na composição da remuneração dos professores. Os professores do município de Castanhal/PA tiveram em sua remuneração, no período de 2012 a 2016, o cumprimento ao PSPN.
