Abstract

This article, in view of the transformation process in the teaching activity that occurred more broadly, is the feminization of the teaching process in western Parana. Concludes that the increase, but the field almost all, of women's participation in teaching, is articulated to the changes that have occurred within the production as a whole from the development of capitalist society.
