Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze how it is possible to implement a business strategy in the economic financial business area, in the domains of international policies, in social political areas as well as in what has come to be called “internal order”.It is assumed that the businessman intends to maximize the benefits to be obtained, and it is also admitted that the knowledge and wisdom of the businessman are variable and that his/her “impetus” to negotiate may be more or less influenced by factors of psychological nature.
