Abstract
The analysis of the legal life requires choosing adequate conceptual framework, which will reflect the real content of the concepts and issues that are being analyzed and enable their proper understanding. Without social and legal framework the analysis of the legal life is awkward and incomplete. If the legal concepts and issues are wrongfully interpreted, one cannot understand legal life. The principle of the autonomy of will is the main principle in the inheritance law and therefore it is wrong to confront the statutory regime of the inheritance, being subsidiary, to well established various reasoning of the legal life.
