Abstract

This article explores the intersection of Aristotelian justice, Renaissance humanism, and the principle of human dignity in contemporary law. Through an analysis of Erasmus of Rotterdam's In Praise of Folly, it showcases how these historical concepts continue to influence modern legislation and public policies. This study aims to underscore the relevance of these ideas in formulating solutions to the social challenges of the 21st century.
