Abstract

Einstein’s theory of relativity paved the way for scholars of the social sciences, since the concept of relativity is not exclusive to the field of physics. In the social sciences, specifically in sociology and law, the principles that make up the theory of the German physicist are also closely related to the aforementioned social sciences, with the aim of making the social system functional, or confront by coercing the punitive power of law (criminal law) to confront social enemies, respectively.
