Abstract
Four-Agents-Decoction (Si Wu Tang) is a traditional Chinese herbal formula widely used for relieving menstrual discomforts for many years, especially in Chinese and Asian populations. We assessed its effectiveness in treating primary dysmenorrhea by a rigorous clinical trial.
