Abstract

In the primary analysis of the phase 3 NETTER-1 trial, 177Lu-DOTATATE significantly prolonged progression-free survival (PFS) versus high-dose long-acting octreotide, with a HR of 0.18 (95% CI: 0.11, 0.29; p < 0.0001), in patients with advanced, progressive, well-differentiated, somatostatin receptor-positive midgut neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). Here we report final overall survival (OS) and long-term safety data for NETTER-1.
