Abstract

Combination of immature oocyte retrieval and in-vitro maturation (IVM) followed by vitrification represents a novel strategy of fertility preservation. However, the cytogenetic changes in in-vitro matured oocytes followed by vitrification remain unclear. The objective of this study is to evaluate the meiotic spindle and chromosome alignment of in-vitro matured oocytes following vitrification.
