Abstract

营养支持是危重患者治疗的重要措施之一,合理、有效的营养支持可降低应激状况下机体的分解代谢反应,改善机体重要脏器和免疫功能,降低并发症的发生率,缩短住ICU时间和总住院时间,提高危重患者的救治成功率.目前,临床上危重患者接受营养支持的比例较低,不合理的营养支持仍十分普遍.因此,如何进行合理的营养支持依然是危重患者治疗中值得关注的问题。
