Abstract
It appeared that the species from the <i>Penicillium clavigerum</i> section require for optimum growth a nutrient solotion composed of: 0,2g NaCl; 0,2g MgSO<sub>4</sub>-7H<sub>2</sub>O; 0,1g CaCl<sub>2</sub>; 0,87g KH<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>; 0,14g K<sub>2</sub>HPO<sub>4</sub>; 4,05mg ZnSO<sub>4</sub>-7H<sub>2</sub>O;4,43mg MnSO<sub>4</sub>-4H<sub>2</sub>O; 0,5mg FeSO<sub>4</sub>-4H<sub>2</sub>O, the presence of vitamins from the group B and of organic N being essential.
