Abstract

Objective To explore nursing management and strategy during observation period in patients with fever returned from the Ebola epidemic West Africa .Methods We utilized the designed emergency response plan to cope with fever patients returned from West Africa , collected patient ’ s information and provided psychological guidance and humanized nursing by prospective study .The intervention and its result had been analyzed .Results From August 8 to October 20 2014 , a total of thirty six fevercases were excluded as Ebola virus infection and nine of them diagnosed as malaria .All cases got treatment and corresponding nursing , and success fully relieve from observation .Conclusions Scientific management ,perfect and effective emergency response system and nursing team with professional epidemic knowledge are meaningful to deal with public epidemic event quickly and effectively .
