Thirteen nursing diagnoses were identified; Three were prioritized: Risk of ineffective peripheral tissue perfusion, acute pain and anxiety, based on the SSPFR format (signs and symptoms, problem and related factor); change score of +1, +2, +2, which subsequently tends to improve with care management. It is concluded that according to the problems identified in the patient, the nursing care process was managed in its five stages, improving the health status of the patient, but survival and the success of the treatment provided depend on the timely identification of the symptoms. problems and appropriate choice of treatment.
