Abstract
目的 探索笑气吸入应用于人工流产术的不良反应和护理措施.方法 选择自愿人流手术并申请笑气吸入镇痛的手术患者268例,其中132例采用常规护理作为对照组,136例采用改进护理措施护理作为观察组,针对笑气吸入人工流产术出现不良反应的护理问题,提供术前充分准备、心理诱导、笑气正确吸入等干预措施.结果 通过针对性实施护理干预,患者情绪稳定、痛苦程度减轻、不良反应发生明显减少.结论 针对性的护理干预应用于笑气无痛人工流产术,增加笑气的镇痛效果、减轻痛苦、减少不良反应的发生。
