Abstract
尘肺并发自发性气胸是其严重并发症之一.由于其肺组织变薄,弹性减弱,肺泡易破裂形成肺大泡造成矽肺并发气胸,使原有肺功能进一步下降,所以确诊后应立即排气减压,使肺尽快复张,改善心肺功能.我们自2008年6月以来对27例32侧矽肺并发气胸应用留置带针胸管进行胸腔闭式引流术,取得了满意的效果,并有如下护理体会。
